Try to avoid just reading through this list during your work session. The goal is to use these as a way to kick off an organic discussion and return back to them whenever you need a new prompt. - What initiatives could we implement to improve process and operations?

- Which of these initiatives would be the easiest/cheapest/or lowest effort to implement?
- How can we better understand our customers' needs, pain points, and purchasing behaviors?
- What are the key drivers of growth in our business, and how can we prioritize them?
- How can we measure and optimize the effectiveness of our sales and marketing campaigns?
- What are our biggest operational inefficiencies, and how can we address them to streamline processes and reduce costs?
- How can we build a more resilient and adaptable organization that can respond to changing market conditions?
