Try to avoid just reading through this list during your work session. The goal is to use these as a way to kick off an organic discussion and return back to them whenever you need a new prompt. Go through these questions prior to your work session and highlight any that you think are absolutely vital to address and add any others that aren’t included.

  8. What are our biggest growth bottlenecks?
  9. What factors do you think are currently holding us back?
  10. What initiatives could we implement to increase revenue?
  11. What initiatives could we implement to improve process and operations?
  12. What initiatives could we implement to improve the customer experience?
  13. Which of these initiatives would be the easiest/cheapest/or lowest effort to implement?
  14. How can we better understand our customers' needs, pain points, and purchasing behaviors?
  15. What are the key drivers of growth in our business, and how can we prioritize them?
  16. How can we measure and optimize the effectiveness of our sales and marketing campaigns?
  17. What are our biggest operational inefficiencies, and how can we address them to streamline processes and reduce costs?
  18. How can we build a more resilient and adaptable organization that can respond to changing market conditions?
