Identify Your Top Three Obstacles

In order to make the most of our brainstorming sessions, it's crucial to identify and focus on the most pressing issues. To do this, make sure to:

• Vote collectively on the ideas discussed during the brainstorming session.
• Narrow down the list to the top 3-5 ideas or obstacles.

Generate Solutions

Now that you have your top obstacles identified, it's time to find creative solutions to overcome them. For each obstacle, brainstorm solutions by:

• Using the chosen framework to generate a wide range of ideas.
• Encouraging unconventional and innovative thinking.
• Remembering that the wilder the brainstorm, the more likely you are to find a game-changing solution.
