Growth Hypothesis

First things first, let's get that shiny growth hypothesis of yours front and center. Use the designated space in the planner to document and deconstruct your hypothesis into smaller, more manageable objectives. Remember: big goals are great, but it's the bite-sized tasks that'll get you there.

Monthly Planning

Untitled

Now that you've got your objectives all set, it's time to put them into action using this handy Notion template. This bad boy is a database with a timeline, kanban, and list views where you can add each initiative as a task. Fancy, right?

Here's how to use it:

  1. Add tasks: Break down your objectives into tasks and pop them into the database.
  2. Assign deadlines: Deadlines are like a warm hug for your to-do list. They keep things cozy and on track. So go ahead and give each task a deadline.
  3. Identify resources: What do you need to get each task done? People? Money? A time machine? List it out, my friend.
  4. Track progress: Keep an eye on how things are going and revel in the sweet satisfaction of watching your tasks move from "Not Started" to "Complete"

Quarterly Checkpoints

Time flies when you're having fun (or, you know, executing a growth strategy). That's why we've included quarterly checkpoint pages for you and your team to touch base and reflect on your progress. Here's what to do:

  1. Review your progress: How are things going? What's working? What's not? Be honest with yourselves, but also be kind. Rome wasn't built in a day, after all.
  2. Adjust your plans: If something's not working, don't be afraid to change it up. Flexibility is the key to success (and not going completely bonkers).
  3. Celebrate your wins: When you hit a milestone, take a moment to pat yourselves on the back. You deserve it!
